The Idle Brewery

It might be off the beaten track and even locals could miss it. but from a converted barn perched on river bank, magic is happening. Tucked away behind the White Hart Inn is a small, unremarkable brick building. There's no airs, no graces and only the wealth of barrels stacked outside suggests anything unto-wards in this sleepy village.

This is the home of the Idle Brewery, where beer lovers from across the country are flocking to sample a heady collection of brilliant brews and awesome ales. In the last six years, the brewery has gone from a small time sideline to a burgeoning business supplying drinkers and pubs nationally with a host of whittily titled brews. The majority of these superb ales and sold in the adjacent pub, The White Hart Inn. All the ales can be sampled in the White Hart Inn..
